Peanut Butter Truck or Treat

I like cookies, I like peanut butter, and I like treats. This peanut butter cookie from the Treats Truck pretty much fit all my happy requirements. Not quite as melt-in-your-mouth as the amazing peanut butter cookie from City Bakery, but delightful in its own sugar-coma kind of way. I could just as soon do without the extra-sweet peanut butter filling though, and munch away on the slightly salty cookies on their own.
