Deep-fried stuffed avocado from Izakaya 10. I gotta say, I was skeptical but this was pretty awesome. The avocado was creamy and sweet, and the salmon roe added bursts of salty brine. The accompanying tartar sauce worked beautifully as a bright, tangy counterpoint.
